| 1) Comparing the Israelis to Nazis is rightly regarded as anti-Semitic under the IHRA protocols accepted by the UK, the EU and many democratic countries. 2) The accusation of genocide against Israel, which has no basis in fact and is not supported by the UK or the EU, is yet more anti-Semitic abuse. 3) Britain is not responsible for the actions of the Israeli government. 4) The facts surrounding the destruction of the warehouses are disputed, the Palestinians describing it as as a war crime while the Israeli government says that their strikes destroyed a Hamas hideout used to store weapons. |
