Could be biased, Robert, as the SCMP is produced in Hong Kong, although access is blocked from mainland China. But the US underplaying damage while Iran over estimates it doesn't surprise me! I can't see the Strait opening until there's a US/Iranian agreement ... no Western ship is likely to get insurance until then, is it? I can't see the US letting many others through, although I'm not sure they'd block a Chinese one? |
