Sir Kier has come in for a lot of criticism on this forum and elsewhere.

Perhaps the more controversial one's comments are, the more press attention one attracts? Proposals such as leaving the ECHR are surely going to attract a lot of attention? As are dubious claims about the benefit of leaving the EU? Didn't Johnson also attract a lot of press attention? And Jacob Rees Mogg? And Tony Blair?
