| I half-disagree with you Steven. The Judge, Mr Justice Nicklin dismissed all the vexatious allegations made against both publications without any caveats which is why in my opinion Associated Newspapers has been wholly vindicated. It will be interesting to eventually find out the value of the costs awarded to the newspaper group, and then which losing claimant has to pay which percentage of the total amount? |
