Mr Farage does seem to have some "interesting" friends. I suspect not ones he bumps into down the local 'spoons when he's having a pint of ale and a ciggie? Perhaps more likely over a glass of vino and a cigar at a London club? (OK, that's pure speculation on my part.)
Interesting that there was outrage about Sir Kier, his wife and some others accepting a few smart clothes from a friend in the Lords - all fully declared - but Farage accepts a few million from friends and those so outraged by Labour seem very quiet? After all, we wouldn't want J D Vance, etc accusing our PM of not being smart enough and being disrespectful meeting their President. (Interesting that Presidents can accept gifts of clothes from designers but they are considered presents that must go into the National Archives, perhaps the UK should adopt that idea?)
