| Putney Bridge closed to all traffic – major emergency service presence on scene: Putney Bridge is closed in both directions, with a large emergency service presence on both sides of the bridge. Multiple police cars, three fire engines, and an ambulance are deployed across both approaches. Two rescue boats – one fire rescue vessel and one lifeboat – are in the water on either side of the bridge. The reason for the closure is a man is stood on the outside of the bridge. Pedestrians have been cleared from the bridge and are being turned away at both ends. All bus services crossing the bridge have been turned around. Traffic is building on both sides, with no vehicles crossing.
