| Can anyone with legal knowledge be able to assist please. Vehicle Control Services Limited have unlawfully given out hundreds of £100 fixed penalty tickets to motorists after parking LEGALLY in one of 4 public parking spaces in my local council car park. They have unlawfully contacted DVLA for the names of registered keepers of these vehicles. They are only allowed to receive such information if the vehicles were parked in private car parks i.e. Asda, Tesco etc. Are DVLA and Vehicle Control Services Limited at risk of criminal prosecution for breach of Data Protection. |
