Sorry Lucille, but you might be wrong, I have a friend on the till at richmond Sainsbury's a couple of times I have handed it to my friend so a lady who didn't have a card could get her food cheaper. They are not taking your points, you get more points as if you had paid for the shopping. You only have to ring nectar, all the transactions are registered. If your husband got his card back, should not be a problem. They wouldn't be able to pay for their food, if your husband was standing there.
