When I looked online about this, I think it is TFL that are responsible for pavements on the red routes. However my guess is that the loose paving slab that rocked is the responsibility of the shop owner, as I think they have rights over the pavement? The loose paving slabs are of a different design to the main pavement. Just wondered if anyone knows? Judy, I think you totally understand. I am trying to rebuild my confidence. |
