Has apparently shrunk from £30 billion to £20 billion according to the OBR and she won’t need to increase income tax after all, allegedly.    The OBR, whoever they are 🤷🏻‍♀️determines its financial forecasts on what exactly?    What has happened in the last week to shrink her black hole so dramatically?    Does the mysterious black hole fluctuate up or down according to whatever Rache From Complaints is contemplating or whenever some relatively good PR is needed?    Is the tail wagging the dog?
