| TLTR. On your last point - the arrogance that it might be got away with would be a huge part of it. I seriously think you should take a look at/make a note of all the films and videos, and computer games and even the childrens' cartoons nowadays which are not just violent but viciously violent with everyone beating each other up and getting their own back as well as disposing of each other. That sort of media is what is much more blatantly available to everyone to see and experience nowadays at home despite whatever rating it may have been given by censors. |
