As someone who thinks inherited positions or titles are an anachronism in a 21st century democracy I've no sympathy with him at all; as far as I'm concerned he's lucky his brother is prepared to find him somewhere quiet to live where he can fade away into obscurity and perhaps entertain some "escorts" in privacy (hopefully of mature ages) as that seems to be his hobby; if he's as innocent as he claims, why has he lied and why is he reluctant to go to the US to help investigations there?

This article in the Metro seems to show he cost the taxpayer money when on official business by insisting on staying in a hotel rather than the official ambassador's residence - seemingly so he could meet women attracted by his Royal position ...

As Martine say, what other exploits of his will crawl into the news next, and as the French say: "Viva La Republique" :-)

Charlie is doing his best to keep the PR under control but he didn't set a good example with his own relationships and marriages, and Will and Harry still aren't speaking ... Kate must be wondering about marrying into such a dysfunctional family. Still at least they don't have to worry about the cost of living or income tax rises, and Duchy Organics seem to be doing well ...
