Labour is losing votes to Reform, the Liberal Democrats and the Green Party. Reform is attracting the support of white working class people who think they are being ignored by a  Labour elite who are more concerned with fashionable causes like net zero than lowering household energy bills. The Lib Dems are attracting middle class voters who don't want to pay more in tax but fear being ostracised by their friends if they admitted voting Conservative. And the Greens attract  naive socialists who think Keir Starmer has become too right wing and believe that cuts to public expenditure can be avoided simply by taxing the rich.
