Israel can look after itself but it is an ally in the Western Alliance where we are also a prominent member. So they deserve our support if for no other reason that their electronic and other clandestine surveillance provide our domestic forces with key information to prevent even more Arab backed carnage on our streets than than we have been experiencing for more than a decade. And in the Iranian street attacks recently experienced in London seem to be starting up again. Your support for Iran might not be so publicly obvious that you would not be at risk.
