From the Standard. I think most people agree the parking of the bikes need addressing. But my questions are: 1) Why are Santander bikes just limited to some parts of inner London & SW15 and why does TFL have no expansion policy? 2) What happened to WBC promised many moons ago parking for ebikes? It seems transport resources are not being distributed evenly throughout London or even SW15. Why should some parts of SW15 receive subsided transport when the rest doesn't. Perhaps having an Labour MP, Mayor, Assembly members and councillors may be adding to the inequality of services. https://www.standard.co.uk/news/transport/lime-forest-bike-hire-fines-tfl-crackdown-abandoned-ebikes-red-routes-b1233117.html |
