| Is there a shortage of social housing in Wandsworth ? If Labour run Wandsworth delivers good social services at a charge of £961 for a band D home whilst LibDem Kingston charges £2374 and Labour Croydon (bankrupt for the third time) £2366 what is not to like ? And if housing costs for those not in social housing are high then unfortunately people will either have to pay them for the privilege of living in Wandsworth or look to live 'further out' where prices and rents are lower. That is what I did in 1970. |
