| Thank you Barbara. They rang me saying did I want to continue the insurance for my washer/dryer. Very hectoring tone, using my name almost every other word, insisted I had been insured with them for five years. I hadn’t and got shot of them and then they rang back more in sorrow than anger and eventually gave up. Looked on their website- two glowing reviews which they may have written themselves!!in the second call he said the insurance wasn’t for my washer- dryer but my tv! I lied and said I hadn’t got a tv and that totally floored him. |
