| I'm surprised at that. The market appears very sluggish at the moment. Two sets of friends had offers accepted on houses in SW London a couple of months ago and both have since successfully reduced those offers (albeit very slightly) to keep in step with the market. Perhaps national statistics that take little account of regional/localised influences have very little meaning. |
