We are approaching the SEVENTH anniversary of the Grenfell fire. The following was written nearly a year ago and shows how much action is still outstanding:

If it had been a plane crash there would have been a much faster investigation. So much just gets kicked on down the line or under the carpet. We should be looking at other countries to see how they deal with these things because there must be better ways and although Inquiries are good to have they just take too long - and give more likelihood and excuse for memory lapses.
