On Next Door, somebody has put that the man in a wheelchair with all his bags who was sitting outside Whoop Hairdressers has been in the same place since Friday. Opposite Mcdonalds, we did see him Friday but haven't been down the High St since.
Also another lady is carrying loads of bags and standing in the Bus Garage Rd, by the coffee shop. The lady was doing this about a month ago. Has a lot of makeup on. I tried to speak to her as I came back from Sainsbury's last Thursday, but she wouldn't answer. I only asked was she OK. Another resident in the road said she brings all the bags down from Putney Hill, then goes back again later in the day. I did ring the Police Saturday, but they obviously can't do anything if she isn't causing a disturbance. |
