I contacted Wandsworth Council Noise Team. Unless I know what business the Veolia refuse vehicle is collecting from, then they can’t help me. But they did confirm refuse collection in residential neighbourhoods shouldn’t take place before 6.00 am.
I found a number for Veolia. I thought thought it was for Croydon but it was for a central answering system in Cannock, Staffs. The operator has passed on a message to Croydon depot and hopefully someone will “reach out” to me. (What an annoying expression!).
