Yesterday I noticed a van decanting Jump bikes on PHS leaving them in the middle of the pavement. These can be hired and left anywhere and must be increasingly dangerous/inconvenient for people with poor eyesight, children, prams, mobility scooters etc. How is this allowed by the government/council as many companies seem to be doing this now. It negates the huge expense widening the pavements on PHS. Of course I did my public duty and moved one bike to safety and out of sight down the lane by McDonalds. |
