You're lucky to get Santander bikes - those have docking stations. They have them at Brunel University. There was information on the Cycle to Work scheme on You and Yours the other day: https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b006qps9/episodes/player There was talk about e-bikes and trikes and the bikes that specially adapted for disabled people to use. Much more inclusive than this scheme has been in the past I think. There are electric charging points for cars in streets, supermarket and hospital car parks and petrol stations.
