Heard a really loud continuous noise in the Putney Exchange today, it appears they have started the flooring for the Palm House. I asked the Security Guard who confirmed this, but he said for any one worried about noise it's been moved to a different part of the roof, what ever that meant, also will have sound proofing. There is also a gym starting upstairs £19 a month. Might go up in price.
