| Following on from this serious sexual assault, reported months after it happened, we now see a front-page photo of a male who attempted to kidnap a nine year-old girl on 2nd November last year. We are possibly looking at a dangerous paedophile who grabbed this poor young girl by her hair. Yet again, we have not been informed about a dangerous man on the loose in early November 2018 until the end of May 2019? What is the excuse for the delayed reporting this time? |
