This is an interesting comment posted on the planning portal including customer reviews of the Incipio/Pergola experience https://planning.wandsworth.gov.uk/WAM/doc/Objection%20Comment-5133202.pdf?extension=.pdf&id=5133202&location=VOLUME9&contentType=application/pdf&pageCount=1 'online reviews tell a very different story. - Long queuing in car fumes - Very loud music, forcing customers to shout over it - Rude staff - Scary and intolerant security - Huge queues at all bars and food stalls - Dirty toilets - Poor quality, highly priced food and drinks - Misogyny, racial discrimination - Badly run (smell, rubbish, dirty glasses, leaks, temperature…) - Bad environment policies (plastic glasses, cutlery and plates) This is only a selection amongst hundreds of bad reviews. I feel that Incipio is trying to sell something to the public that is pretty far-fetched and that their different online and local campaigns are very misleading. In any case they can absolutely not be trusted to run such premises.' Today is the final day for comments, so please make your views known to WBC. |
