| "High street residents must be extra sensitive to noise from any recreational activities" I didn't think that it was particularly about noise. I thought that it was about the potential privatisation of the public pavement for a posers bar for private profit, preventing passage of pedestrians. Post-election it may potentially be politically propitious. |
