I see that I started this thread in the first decade of this century, and here we are again with the same old pothole needing another repair - and it is mid-summer, so frost can't be blamed. "Inghams" have long since vacated the adjoining premises, but once more the Thames Water manhole cover casing has had to be repaired, causing quite a lot of disruption to traffic. This is the second time in the last 12 months, to my recollection. Can nobody do a decent repair job? |
