| From a retail perspective I don't think this helps much as they've only bought the Boots, former Robert Dyas unit and the few units on Putney Bridge Road. The adjacent block with Subway, Gro Hairdressers and Preto restaurant etc is more in need of redevelopment with the horrific upper parts. Problem is its in a different ownership. Therefore whilst it might produce a better retail environment onto Putney Bridge Road, there wouldn't be a particularly big retail element onto the High Street unless a deal is agreed. |
