I agree, not good news about Royal Mail and Post Office. Their division is so complicated. Post Office on one side, selling stamps, taking in post as well as other commercial aspects. Royal Mail distributes the post (included that collected by the Post Office). But both, Royal Mail and the Post Office, once beacons of success have become beacons of failure. One of the means is making them very expensive, rather inefficient and hoping to move onto parcel deliveries only, as Gerry Boyce indicated a few earlier posts. But also being really dishonest in their endeavours. The Post Office scandal is beyond comprehension. On top of that, sending stamps to be printed in China???? Why??? That in itself improper..... |
